Returns & Exchanges


We want you to love your pieces just as much as we do, so if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days after your order was received to return/exchange your product(s).  Please see below for our return/exchange policies.

RETURNS

  • Must be unworn and in mint condition
  • All items should be sent back in the original packaging provided
  • Cannot be a final sale item. Please see below for what constitutes a final sale item.

If your return adheres to the policies above, please follow these steps to complete your return.

  1. Email info@shoplouloute.com with your name, email, and order number
  2. Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label
  3. Please place your item(s) in the shipment box with your original invoice then attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box
  4. Drop off package at any USPS location unless noted otherwise
  5. After we receive your return, it will be checked and restocked
  6. Once it's been restocked, we will process your refund excluding the return shipping charges

All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.  For credit card refunds, please allow up to 10-15 days for the refund to be reflected on your account.

EXCHANGES

  • Must be unworn and in mint condition
  • All items should be sent back in the original packaging provided

Please follow these steps to complete your exchange.

  1. Email info@shoplouloute.com with your name, email, order number and the item you wish to exchange for
  2. Once we receive your exchange request, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label 
  3. Please place your item(s) in the shipment box with your original invoice then attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box
  4. Drop off package at any USPS location unless noted otherwise
  5. After we receive your item, it will be checked and restocked
  6. Once it's been restocked, we will ship your exchanged item within 5-7 business days

Please note that if your exchange is of greater value than the original order price, the original form of payment will be charged the difference.  If your exchange is of lesser value, the original form of payment will be refunded the difference.  Customer does not have to pay return shipping or shipping on exchanged item.

FINAL SALE
All monogrammed products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless you received a faulty item (i.e. received damaged or manufacturing fault).

GIFTS

If the item you wish to return was a gift, we can offer you store credit in exchange for the returned item(s) unless the gift is a monogrammed piece. As mentioned above, all monogrammed pieces are final sale.  Items with a gift receipt may be exchanged up to 30 days after the purchase date.
Please note that you will need the gift receipt when you return your item(s).
