What material(s) is the jewelry made of?

All of our jewelry is created using 14K gold-filled and/or sterling silver metal (upon request). 

What is gold-filled?

Gold-filled metal contains a layer of pure gold, which is then bonded to one, or both, surfaces of another metal (brass) using heat and pressure.  Gold-filled is not to be confused with gold plated as gold-filled has an actual layer of karat gold, not just a microscopic film.

Is gold-filled allergy free?

Most people who can wear gold can also wear gold-filled without allergic reactions.

Will my jewelry tarnish?

If properly cared for, your gold-filled and sterling silver pieces should last a lifetime! 

How do I know what size ring(s) to order?

Do you have gift wrap options?

We take great pride in our packaging, which aims to make everyone feel like they are getting a gift...even if it's from you...to you.  So, each package comes wrapped like a beautiful little gift.  However, if it's going to someone else, we do have a gift option that will leave the price out of the packaging & include an optional personal note.  Just enter your gift information during checkout!

Do you ship internationally?

While we do not currently ship internationally, we do have plans to expand in the future!

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are made-to-order, because each piece is handcrafted and often times monogrammed. We have an estimated ship date of 5-7 business days after your order is placed.  However, depending on available parts, this time frame may vary slightly. We will notify you immediately if there is a delay.

What are the different shipping rates?

What if I need my order sooner?

If you need your piece to leave our studio 3-4 business days after purchase, email us at info@shoplouloute.com before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate any request you have.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is packed up and ready to go, we will email a shipping confirmation with tracking information to the email address provided at checkout.  If for any reason you don’t receive it, feel free to email info@shoplouloute.com with your order number.
